Lean Six Sigma is essentially an assault on waste. Waste runs rampant through most corporations and can be in many forms (time, movement, money, etc.). By eliminating this unnecessary waste, a company will become more cost-effective, quick to react, and competitive in the global marketplace.
SKA has been involved with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiatives with the government for over a year. Our special programs aim at eliminating waste within the Army by reengineering processes and migrating them to the internet. Our web-centric products integrate seamlessly with Microsoft SharePoint, require very little training, and have delivered well over $2MM in cost savings and avoidance to the units where they are in place.
